Senior Account Manager

We’re looking for an enthusiastic hands-on Senior Account Manager to keep things humming - both externally with our clients and internally. The functional purpose of the role is to provide high quality client account management and end-to-end project management in a professional and efficient manner.

The SAM will have designated clients to run and have responsibility for, as well as selected internal projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Relationships and Responsibility - the interface of our business:

  • Being the key contact point for clients on designated accounts and playing a key role in the success of the client work through the agency.
  • Providing excellent customer service and building relationships with internal and external clients and suppliers.

Effectiveness and delivery - "get things done":

  • Managing the workflow of projects effectively and meeting deadlines in an environment that is constantly changing.
  • Demonstrating solid prioritisation and communication skills to focus on what's important and who needs to know.
  • Ensuring our agency delivers quality work that's on time, on budget and meets client expectations.
  • Following the direction from the Leadership Team to work towards meeting the strategic, creative, and relationship goals for each client.

Financial management for best financial outcomes:

  • Sound financial management of projects to optimise efficiency and commercial success.

Quality of work:

  • Working with agency colleagues to develop outstanding strategic and creative solutions for our clients.

Skills, experience and education:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a brand/design/ or similar strategic/creative agency in a client-facing role.
  • Project management.
  • A degree in Marketing, Design and/or Communications (or similar) would be beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams).
  • Useful to also be familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud.

  • Sound financial acumen.
  • Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities.
  • A keen hands-on attitude to work, enjoys being part of a small team and flexibility towards different tasks as they arise.
  • Operate with integrity and openness, always direct and truthful.
